Payment is made upfront, via paypal or Venmo in equivalent value

Payments via paypal are done through invoices which will require the Client’s paypal email address. If paying via Venmo, it may take a little while longer haggling since I'm not quite used to the app.

The client does not need to pay for extra fees, only the amount asked of them. However, tipping is open for client discretion. By no means is it required.

All payments MUST be made within 72 hours of confirmation / me sending the invoice

*Exclusions apply ONLY if you were unable to see the invoice I sent, let me know and I will be happy to send you the link to the invoice, instead. Be respectful and honest with me.

*If you are suddenly unable to pay, let me know in advance of what's going on. I would prefer that you are prepared to pay, but I understand things can come up that are uncontrollable.

PLEASE HAVE A REFERENCE OF YOUR CHARA AND/ OR POSE IN MIND BEFORE COMMISSIONING! It’ll make the process much more time efficient for the both of us. I am not capable of designing customs at this time, so the clearer the reference the better. I am not liable for unaddressed design errors from references that are not up to date. I will work with what I am given.

If a commission cannot be completed, the client will be notified and issued a full refund. I withhold full right to cancel/reject any commission, with or without an explanation. Pressing for an explanation will make me less willing to accept a commission from you in the future.

For toyhouse exclusively: My commission page will sometimes be linked to the respective piece as an example. So you may see it as a character shown in the image. This is to let future clients know what I have done and to decrease the clutter in my overall art gallery. If you do not want this, you may delete it. Private commissions will not be linked.

Once I have started the commission, I will send regular updates with sketches. Changes are most encouraged before the line art and flat color phases. Please speak up if something does not look right! I will be more than happy to change it

Major changes, i.e posing/ scenery, is limited to 2. [Note: this doesn't apply to the sketch phase, as I generally won't proceed to lining until the customer is satisfied]

I will give an approximate timeline of when the piece will be finished at the very start. If for any reason it cannot be completed by that deadline, I will notify the client asap and give a new estimate. I will delay working on a commission if my schedule is busy and alert the client that I am doing so. Payment will not be necessary until I start the commission. Please do NOT send payment UNTIL I have confirmed and/or sent an invoice.

Once I have finished the initial sketch (generally the 1st or second update), a full refund is no longer possible unless I cannot finish it on my end. Instead, only a partial refund is possible.

Once the commission is finished and the client ends up being not satisfied with the commission, a refund cannot be made. However MINOR changes such as saturation/opacity can be made. Large changes such as palette or overall shading cannot be done.

Ghosting, i.e, confirming a commission then not paying will result in a blacklist and you will not be able to commission from me again

Extra details, such as complex backgrounds, detailed designs, will be consulted with the client and fees added at reasonable discretion.
